Biography
Professor Yoo Myung-hee is a Visiting Professor at the Graduate School of International Studies at Seoul National University. Previously, she served as the first female trade minister of the Republic of Korea from February 2019 to August 2021. Her three decades of service in the government also include roles as deputy trade minister, director general of the trade policy bureau, and director general for free trade agreement (FTA) negotiations at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
